Someone brought this to a local drop in game. It was an incredible time. Highlights - the epilogues gave us great endings, even though we had to end the session before our journey ended. The character archetypes were such that despite having 6 players, no one had to fight and everyone had at least 2 favourites to choose from. The Moves were such that we could be as nitty gritty or as big picture as we wanted.
5/5 experience, will be buying to play with my own group.
Back Again from the Broken Land "will give you longing to see Rose Cotton again, smoking with a friend on the shattered walls of Isengard, a king saying that you bow to no-one, a wound that drives you to sail west, and other ‘great stories… the ones that really mattered.’ That makes it a great game, indeed."
